This notice is provided by IDMOTION Medya ve İletişim Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("IDMOTION") in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to Be Followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform.

2. Categories of Personal Data We Process

Identity and contact data — your name and e-mail address, shared through the contact form or by e-mail. Professional data — the company or brand you represent and the project type you select. Communication content — the message you write to us and any subsequent correspondence. Transaction security data — technical records generated automatically when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, access date and time.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed to receive and respond to your enquiries; to carry out proposal, contract and project processes; to establish, perform and maintain the business relationship; to conduct communication activities; to ensure the security and lawful operation of our website and information systems; and to fulfil our obligations arising from applicable legislation.

4. Legal Grounds

Processing is based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: (c) processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract to which you are a party; (ç) processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations; and (f) processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Where none of these grounds applies, your explicit consent is sought separately.

5. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected in fully or partially automated ways through the contact form on idmotion.net, by e-mail, by telephone and through other electronic communication channels, and by non-automated means where you provide documents or information directly to us.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above and in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to: our suppliers and service providers (hosting, e-mail and IT infrastructure, accounting and legal advisers); our business partners where required for the performance of a project; and authorised public institutions and organisations where required by law. Where our service providers' servers are located abroad, transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

7. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and, in any case, for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation and statutes of limitation. At the end of these periods, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data.

8. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

You have the right to: (a) learn whether your personal data is processed; (b) request information regarding such processing; (c) learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with it; (d) know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your data has been transferred; (e) request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; (f) request deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK; (g) request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred; (h) object to a result that arises against you through analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems; and (i) claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your data.

9. How to Apply

You may submit your requests regarding these rights in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller: in writing to our registered address, or by e-mail to info@idmotion.net with the subject line "KVKK Application", together with information establishing your identity. Applications are concluded free of charge and as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 (thirty) days of receipt. If the request requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
